Assistant Director at Understory, an exciting new food company that uses the World’s rares cacoa to make chocolate bars that tell stories.

WeTrain event – Catering snacks and smoothies for launch of WeTrain app.

“Love Bug” – A pop-up restaurant event combined with an evening of taste education about edible insects and aphrodisiacs.

“Student Minds Speak Easy” – Selling healthy, vegan ice-creams that promote mental wellbeing in conjunction with Scooperfood for a Student Minds charity event

“Proximity in food”– Catering for an philosophy exhibition on proximity in food

Look Down- Edible Insects:  A workshop that we (Charlotte, Becca and I) we are putting on next weekend, at Tandem festival: – We’re all interested in the interrelated issues of culture, health, environmental impact, psychology, consumer choice and sustainability, in relation to edible insects.

“Brain food” – sponsored by Lidl – A three-course meal with ingredients carefully selected by Lidl to promote cognitive functioning.

“Serotonin Menu” – A private dining event with each dish designed to boost mood and increase positivity

“Stress Less” – A dining event for students during exam time with a menu to reduce stress and promote relaxation
